Please read through the T&Cs below carefully, upon agreeing with the T&Cs, please fill up the form at the bottom of the page in order to confirm the validity of your voucher. If the form is NOT filled in, you will not be able to utilise your voucher.
Yanxi Mama Voucher — Terms & Conditions
This voucher allows you to redeem Nanny Insurance for your chosen confinement nanny (freelancers only), subject to successful verification of nanny details and policy eligibility by Yanxi Mama staff. If Yanxi Mama is unable to issue the insurance at the time of redemption, a full refund of the voucher fee will be provided.

Unlimited Change of Nanny
Complimentary Yanxi workshops/classes
Waiver of $200 Urgent booking fee
Exclusive partner discounts
Voucher is valid for 5 months from the date of purchase or until the baby is born (whichever comes first). Redemption must be submitted at least 5 working days before the confinement start date. If a Change of Nanny is activated, the replacement nanny’s arrival is expected within 5 calendar days, subject to availability.
Voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, usable for a single booking, and must be purchased before the baby is born. Yanxi Mama reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably in good faith by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
