Yanxi Mama Voucher Terms & Conditions

Please read through the T&Cs below carefully, upon agreeing with the T&Cs, please fill up the form at the bottom of the page in order to confirm the validity of your voucher. If the form is NOT filled in, you will not be able to utilise your voucher.

Yanxi Mama Voucher — Terms & Conditions

This voucher guarantees a confinement nanny, subject to Yanxi Mama’s availability and matching suitability.
If no suitable nanny can be arranged at the time of redemption, a full refund of the voucher fee will be provided.

Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed at least 5 working days in advance of the expected confinement start date.

Holders will enjoy:

  1. Priority case handling

  2. Waiver of $200 Urgent booking fee

  3. Complimentary Yanxi workshops/classes (for 6 months expiry only)

  4. Nanny arrival within 5 working days (subject to availability)

  5. Exclusive partner discounts

Voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, usable for a single booking, and must be purchased before the baby is born. Yanxi Mama reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved amicably in good faith by both parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
